    A broad comedy with a heart, The Grenade explores the 20-something dating scene in Los Angeles through an unconventional love-story between two outsiders in their respective peer groups.

    Zach must constantly distract the least attractive girl in the group, a.k.a “the grenade,” so that his friends can ‘entertain’ the pretty girls. When Zach falls in love with one of these grenades, he must battle his friends and his own insecurities to prevent this new love… from blowing up.

    The Grenade was written by award winning screenwriter, Patrick Andrew O’Connor. The script was recently named the grand prize-winner in the 3rd annual Storypros International Screenplay Competition.
